Jana joined Arthur Hunt Slovakia in 2005 while pursuing her studies in andragogy at the Faculty of Arts, Comenius University in Bratislava. In 2012, she advanced to the role of Partner, taking charge of the operational and administrative management of the Slovak branch. Jana has a wealth of experience in managing and executing executive search projects across various managerial levels, with a special focus on the FMCG, logistics, retail, pharmaceutical, and finance sectors.
While in Prague, Jana expanded her expertise by acting as an Interim HR Partner for an international retail chain. In 2011, she graduated from the International Coaching School’s “External Professional Coach” program. She continued to enhance her qualifications by completing an MBA in Prague and earning an Associate Diploma in People Management from CIPD. Additionally, she is a certified consultant for FACET 5 personality tests and provides comprehensive career transition programs for both individuals and teams.
