In 2000, Zuzana started to work in Arthur Hunt as first employee in Arthur Hunt Slovakia. In the following 15 years, she worked as HR Supervisor in international manufacturing companies, until in 2018, she re-joined Arthur Hunt as a Project Manager. Due to her background, which combines 18 years of experience in human resourcing consulting, as well as working on the client side in human resources management, she is able to provide complex professional advisory to clients.

Zuzana obtained her Master degree from the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Bratislava. She also handles the marketing activities in the company.
