I AGREE WITH THE CONDITIONS FOR PRESONAL DATA PROCESSING AS DESCRIBED BELOW.
Within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) by signing as the person concerned with the processing of personal data I hereby grant my consent to Arthur Hunt s.r.o., with its registered office at Obchodná 24, 811 06 Bratislava, IČO: 35 797 991, registered in the Business Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Insert No: 22668/B (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) for the purposes of selecting suitable candidates for the projects of personal consultancy provided to the Company´s clients.
I agree that the provided personal data will be processed by the Company to the following extent: the candidate’s name and surname, the photograph included in the professional CV, the date of birth, gender, nationality, permanent and temporary residence, telephone number, e-mail address, marital status, number and age of children, name and brief information about the partner, educational institutions graduated, courses, other activities, information on work experience (employer, brief characteristics of the employer, duration of employment, position held, work duties and responsibilities, reason for change), specific expertise, language skills, PC skills, driver’s license, military service, interests, current and expected remuneration, possible work locations, availability date for new employment, expressed interest in position and signature.
At the same time, I consent to the processing of personal data resulting from personality tests. Personality tests are performed either directly by the candidate online through a platform of the company providing these services or directly at a personal interview with the candidate. Test results can be provided to clients who request them from a specific candidate. Passing personality tests will always be agreed and agreed upon with the candidate in advance.
At the same time, I consent to the provision, disclosure and/or cross-border transfer of the personal data provided from the Company’s information system to the Company clients or a company within the Arthur Hunt Group, solely for the same purpose and after notification of the planned provision, disclosure and/or cross-border transfer of the personal data, while in each individual cases I have the right to freely refuse such provision, disclosure and/or cross-border transfer.
This consent is valid for 10 years from its granting, unless it is withdrawn before this period expires.
At the same time, I confirm that I give my consent voluntarily and I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time.
Consent can be withdrawn based on a signed handwritten request delivered to the Company’s headquarters or by email to the address (office@arthur-hunt.sk). Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data based on consent before its withdrawal.
I confirm that the Company has provided me with all the information provided in Article 13 of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection as well as all notifications under Articles 15 to 22 of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection before granting this consent and I confirm that I have received and understood them.
