Our client is a leading sales company with retail operations throughout Slovakia.

Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Independently driving the sales strategy for the Prešov and Košice regions to consistently exceed revenue, growth, and profitability targets
  • Serving as the primary strategic partner for key license partners, ensuring high-level alignment between their operations and corporate commercial objectives
  • Maintaining a strong field presence (frequent regional travel) to oversee the operational health of the flagship branded store and partner locations
  • Utilizing analytical rigor and common sense to translate KPIs and reports into immediate, practical improvements in sales performance
  • Directly managing and coaching 2 Supervisors to foster a high-energy, results-oriented culture focused on accountability and drive
  • Ensuring uncompromised execution of retail standards and brand guidelines, while enhancing customer experience within the region
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Retail

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • Proven track record either in TELCO, utilities or a similar RETAIL environment
  • Experience with a franchise model or direct practice in telecommunications retail is an advantage
  • Active knowledge of English language at the level of everyday professional communication
  • Strategic, analytical and logical thinking, data-driven decisiveness
  • Dedicated customer orientation
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to build through insight
  • Compelling energy and presentation

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

From 4.000 EUR / month.

The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
