Our client is an international company, provider of services.

Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Preparing and presenting accurate financial reports, and participating in month-end closing
  • Providing strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial data, offering insights for informed decisions
  • Handling financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Managing capital expenditures, evaluating project feasibility, execution, and outcomes
  • Analyzing costs and collaborating with department heads to improve efficiency and track performance metrics
  • Leading a small accounting team
  • Ensuring financial processes and policies align with Group standards and compliance
  • Preparing documentation for audits
  • Supporting the implementation of a new ERP system

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • At least 3 years (ideally 5 years) of experience in similar positions within finance management and/or controlling
  • Familiarity with large multinational company environment
  • Proven track record in implementing financial controls and compliance systems
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning principles
  • Expertise in corporate finance, investment evaluation, and cost management
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations
  • Fluent knowledge of English language
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis, particularly with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Precise and responsible

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

3.200 EUR / month

The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
