Our client is an international transportation and logistics company.

Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Implementing Group HR solutions in the Slovakian offices, in Košice and Bratislava – the position can be based either in Bratislava or in Košice + travelling between the two offices will required on a regular basis (once a month, 2 – 3 days is the minimum)
  • Contributing proactively to and running new HR projects like: Recruitment and Employer Branding, Performance Evaluation, Talent Management and HR Analytics
  • Taking part in the recruitment and selection process – finding right contents and channels for job posts, organizing interviews, assisting the hiring manager during interview processes
  • Managing the employer branding communication internally and externally
  • Guiding managers and colleagues through the yearly performance evaluation process
  • Partnering with managers to support delivery of appropriate training and development programs in cooperation with the company Academy
  • Providing and analyzing HR KPIs
  • Acting as a Business Partner for management of all units within the country on the basis of service level agreements
  • Being responsible for day to day HR operational tasks
  • Communicating with the external payroll provider
  • Designing new policies
  • Delivering on HR related projects locally
  • Ensuring compliance with local HR regulations
  • Being responsible for general office management related support for both locations, such as ISO audits, finance audits, ESG reporting and others
  • Reporting to the Regional HR Manager CEE

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the HR field, previous experience in business partnering is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in Slovak and English
  • PC advanced user (MS Office, MS Excel)
  • Willingness to travel between the offices in Bratislava and Košice on a regular basis (once a month, 2 – 3 days is the minimum)

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

From 2 000 EUR/month

The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
