Our client is an international manufacturing company operating in the Prešov region.

Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Working alongside the owner with the objective of transitioning into full company leadership
  • Having the business development responsibility; designing and executing the commercial and sales strategy
  • Maintaining key client relationships across Europe and expanding the customer base
  • Leading business negotiations
  • Overseeing Sales, Procurement, Finance, Controlling, HR, and IT
  • Co-leading the organization with the Technical Directoro ensure alignment between commercial and operational goals
  • Contributing to strategic initiatives focused on growth and profitability
  • Expanding the supplier base to support revenue growth

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • Leadership experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or mechanical engineering environment
  • Strong knowledge of sales, procurement, finance, controlling, HR, and IT
  • Proven commercial track record with several years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in German or English (written and spoken)
  • International business experience is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and hands-on management style
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with strong sales focus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
  • Ability to understand technical topics quickly
  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills
  • Independent and self-driven working style

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

From 4 000 EUR / month

The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
