Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Making contracts with new customers (new sales) in new markets
  • Planning, implementing and increasing own sales activities and performance in accordance with the company values and operational instructions
  • Handling the whole sales process with sales targets
  • Constantly searching for new customers on the assigned territory
  • Contacting prospects, ‘breaking the ice’ with middle management level, making people feel comfortable and interested, taking the initiative to establish new relationships
  • Engaging the customer emotionally, creating a preference to buy and a feeling of fondness about the product or service
  • Presenting products and/or solutions engagingly and confidently to individuals and customer groups; feeling free of stress and worries
  • Scheduling sales calls and meetings with decision-makers
  • Gathering information about prospect / customer needs and requests in order to get prepared for a first meeting and final preparation of an offer
  • Making presentations of the company services
  • Preparing offers
  • Leading negotiations
  • Bringing the business home, managing the customer for timely decisions, dealing with objections, negotiating final price and conditions of sale
  • Coordinating start-up of a new customer
  • Monitoring competitors’ actions and activities
  • Making joint visits with Sales Managers and Business Unit Managers
  • Reporting sales activities and progress in CRM to direct superior (Business Development Manager)
  • Following newly signed customers within first 12 months – ensuring smooth communication and services, following first invoice delivery and invoice payment
  • Cooperating with colleagues in order to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • Previous experience on a similar position in B2B sales
  • Proven record of high achievement
  • Good knowledge of textile rental business/ models and products
  • Intense interest in sales
  • Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Driving license B and driving experience
  • Native or fluent knowledge of German language
  • Basic knowledge of English language is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and social skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
  • Positive way of seeing things
  • Open-minded
  • Respect for different opinions
  • Diplomatic, professional presentation and communication
  • Very good listener, ability to listen sympathetically to others and vigilantly observe and interpret peoples’ behavior

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

From 3.500 EUR gross / month + sales bonus + company car.

The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
