Our client is an international retail company based in Bratislava.

Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Developing and implementing trade marketing strategies across various sales channels
  • Defining product range, activation tools, consumer research, and category management initiatives in partnership with the Sales Department
  • Overseeing and evaluating marketing activities to improve their quality and effectiveness
  • Identifying and utilizing synergies between different market segments and brands
  • Setting up distribution and quality targets for the Sales Team
  • Achieving business objectives such as sales volume, value, shelf-share, retail standards, and share in promotional leaflets
  • Conducting market analysis and proposing actionable recommendations
  • Estimating sales results based on promotional actions taken
  • Supervising promotional budget and manage deviations in agreement with the National Key Account Manager
  • Working closely with Headquarters, local Sales, and Marketing Teams; engaging in client meetings
  • Reporting to the Commercial Director

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • Higher education
  • FMCG sector knowledge and experience
  • Deep understanding of market trends
  • Experience with Nielsen data
  • Analytical skills
  • Active knowledge of English language
  • Developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive and implement change
  • Focus on results
  • Creativity
  • Orientation on teamwork

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

From 3 300 EUR / month.

The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
