Our client is an international company, provider of services to industrial, logistics and hospitality customers.

Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Leading and supporting Group and region strategy implementation, focusing on industry specific service and product development projects as well as personnel competence development projects within countries of Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Sweden and United Kingdom
  • Searching for and project managing new business development activities of existing and new service lines in existing countries
  • Leading the regional Marketing and Sales Support Teams and International Account Management Expert
  • Providing data-based insights to current and future business development needs to the Regional Management Team
  • Functioning as a link between the Group competence centers and the region
  • Enabling continuous development in marketing communication, sales and account management and ways of working through best practice sharing, as well as internal and external benchmarking
  • Being in interaction with the main stakeholders: Regional Senior Vice President, Regional Management Team, Marketing, Case Support and International Account Manager, Local/Regional Sales Managers, Local Customer Service / Customer Engagement Managers, Group functions (Service and Product Concept Development, Marketing Sales, and Customer Engagement Competence Center)

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • University education
  • Previous experience on positions such as Sales Manager / Director, Business Unit Manager, Managing Director of a small company, or Business Development Director of a medium sized company
  • Experience in a multinational company or on a multi-country role
  • Having very good market understanding of the region
  • Experience in portfolio development
  • Understanding of cultural and market differences
  • Experience in managing change, execution of strategy, management of go-to-market projects
  • Business proficiency in English language
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Customer orientation
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to motivate and get colleagues on your side
  • Determination
