Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Being responsible for the management and sales performance of the Sales Team in Germany
  • Assuring achievement of the sales targets and company strategic plans
  • Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Managing sales operations in accordance with the sales management handbook
  • Being responsible for annual planning and action planning according to the company targets
  • Allocating and managing the sales according to the given business concept / model
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and driving business development on the German market
  • Following up and analyzing the results
  • Monitoring the competition
  • Implementing innovative sales strategies and market trends
  • Ensuring cost control
  • Acting as a Member of Business Unit’s management team
  • Recruiting new sales people
  • Designing induction for new sales people
  • Growing the sales competence within the team by training and coaching sales people
  • Supporting career development of sales people
  • Implementing the personnel policy as well as the company values, mission, vision and strategy
  • Coaching and grooming sales people
  • Reporting to the Managing Director and cooperating with the company management

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • Excellent track record in sales – minimally 5 years of sales experience, including experience in successful leading of a sales team
  • Solid B2B sales experience (change of job after 1 year should be investigated)
  • Overview on the German market, knowledge of the German customer and his needs
  • Proper recruitment, competence evaluation and development planning skills
  • Data interpretation and analytical skills
  • Advance skills in MS Office – Excel and Word
  • German language as native or fluent knowledge of German language
  • Advanced knowledge of English language

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

From 7.000 EUR gross / month + sales bonus + company car.

The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
