Our client is an international sales company based in Bratislava.

Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Developing multi-year sales strategy, yearly and long-term plans for given sales channels, ensuring their excellent execution
  • Having direct responsibility for key account management, field sales, as well as for trade marketing and category management
  • Leading the assigned team of up to 25 people, having up to 6 direct reports
  • Driving turnover and growth across all assigned customers, key accounts, including field sales excellence; promoting brand leadership
  • Aligning with regional and international stakeholders to meet global standards; implementing given merchandising standards
  • Driving business with conceptual sales proposals benefiting both customers, consumers and the company
  • Controlling budget and sales volume
  • ​Acting as a member of the Slovakia Board
  • Reporting to the General Manager​

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • 8-10 years of sales experience in FMCG with a strong network among key accounts
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of key account management, field sales and/or category management / trade marketing
  • Ability to analyze and implement sales / market data
  • Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Challenger, growth mindset, „can do“ attitude
  • Proven experience in people management and excellent execution skills
  • Fluent in English; native Slovak or Czech speaker
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

From 4 500 EUR/month.

The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
