Our client is an international manufacturing company.

Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Managing, coaching and supervising Quality Engineers and Technicians
  • Providing support and guidance to production staff and other relevant departments to ensure product quality
  • Ensuring compliance with and further development of work instructions and processes
  • Identifying optimization potential through independent analysis of processes and data
  • Driving further development of methodological competence in terms of modern problem-solving methods (e.g. Six-Sigma, LEAN tools, 8D, 5WHY, statistics, etc.)
  • Managing improvement and problem-solving projects
  • Establishing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability in the organization, as well as setting-up higher quality goods
  • Training staff members on the quality control processes and policies
  • Conducting in-house audits of product inventory and documentation
  • Developing, implementing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area of responsibility

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • University or secondary education (Industrial Mechanical, Electrical / Electronics Engineering degree or similar technical education)
  • Experience with data analytics, applied statistics, Six sigma methodology and tools and LEAN manufacturing
  • Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt of Master Black Belt certificate is welcome
  • High general technical knowledge, with specialization in quality operations, knowledge of the core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, PFMEA)
  • Very good understanding of ISO 9001
  • General knowledge in manufacturing processes (laser cutting, bending, punching, shearing, Mig/Mag welding) and assembly
  • Knowledge of welding processes is highly welcome
  • Understanding of Mig/Mag welding inspection and ISO-3834-2 id preferred
  • User knowledge of MS Office, Minitab would be an asset
  • Working experience in SAP, specific experience with SAP QM would be a plus
  • Active knowledge of English language is a must

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

From 3 500 EUR (gross) / month

The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
