Our client is an international sales company based in Bratislava.

Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Developing and optimizing pricing strategies for various customer segments and channels
  • Improving pricing processes and managing margins and total income
  • Analyzing sales and profitability
  • Setting up strategies for key customer groups; monitoring and managing bonus and voucher programs
  • Proposing and implementing efficiency improvements
  • Ensuring accurate price settings in systems
  • Leading and developing a team of 3, collaborating with category management
  • Supporting the sales team, solving potential issues

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • University education, at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferrably with specialization in Economics or IT
  • Minimally 5 years´ professional track in a similar senior position in the area of ​pricing or ​purchasing; experience from a retail company or similar is a must
  • Experience in creating data models and reporting
  • Very good knowledge in the field of ​​controlling
  • Advanced user of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Active knowledge of the English language (at least at B1 level – intermediate)
  • Strategic thinking
  • Analytical skills and ability to make prompt decisions
  • Very good communication skills

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

3 300 EUR / month + bonuses + company car.

The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
