Our client is an international manufacturing company, based in the Košice region.

Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  •  Implementing the Group’s HR policies and tools
  • Providing support to management on human resources issues
  • Assisting the Site Manager in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives
  • Implementing an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management at the site level
  • Ensuring efficient payroll and administration processes
  • Guaranteeing working conditions in compliance with the Group´s health, safety and environment policies
  • Managing industrial relations with the local employee representatives
  • Implementing Group´s HR policies and processes within the site, including “Employee Empowerment”
  • Reporting relevant HR information to the Division management
  • Leading and developing the HR Team (4 people)
  • Coordinating payroll and HR agenda processes
  • Managing internal communication within the plant
  • Being responsible for KPIs related to HR (injury rate, absence rate, improvement proposals ratio, trainings execution and management and others
  • Supporting proposals to improve working conditions and work ergonomics)

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • At least Bachelor´s degree, preferably with a specialization in HR Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR function within an industrial environment, preferably in an international company
  • Strong knowledge of the Labor law and related regulations
  • Very good understanding and practical experience with the key HR processes in a company – recruitment, development, remuneration, employee relations
  • Familiar with HR information and payroll systems
  • Bi-lingual: Slovak/English language required
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office, HR and payroll systems)
  • International mindset
  • Results orientation
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Very good negotiation skills
  • Reliable, responsible

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

From 4 000 EUR (gross) / month

The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
