Our client is an international sales company based in Bratislava.

Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Managing E2E supply chain operations (from sourcing to store and delivery operations)
  • Defining the organization supply chain strategy to ensure that critical processes run effectively, to achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs
  • Being responsible for negotiation of supply chain conditions with suppliers to obtain optimal contracts, goods´ flow and pricing to increase profitability
  • Ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Managing 3PL partners
  • Driving logistic costs reduction and service level through effective management of inbounds and outbounds
  • Utilizing data monitoring and analytics to evaluate past performance and trends and forecasting inventories and delivery requirements
  • Being responsible for supply and demand planning (JDA)
  • Building and developing local Supply Chain Team
  • Reporting to the CEO

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • University education, minimum Bachelor degree
  • Previous 10 – 15 years of experience in supply chain management and analytical experience
  • Excellent technical knowledge of logistic processes
  • Successful and proven experience in people management
  • Good PC user (Microsoft Office)
  • Active knowledge of English language
  • Dynamic leadership personality with a business spirit
  • Excellent managerial and organizational skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Strong focus on results
  • Consistency in upkeeping agreements and execution of given tasks
  • Reliability, responsibility, consistency
  • Open-minded and flexible
  • Team player, having proximity with people on all level of the organization
  • Drive to improve

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

6 500 EUR/month + bonuses + car.

The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
