Our client is a leading international sales company.

Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Ensuring accurate and compliant accounting within legal requirements
  • Overseeing tax reporting and managing all related documentation
  • Monitoring and reporting the subsidiary’s performance according to group standards and timelines; acting as the main liaison with the group’s Controllers and Auditors
  • Contributing to shaping the financial strategy of the subsidiary
  • Analyzing and developing studies on investment opportunities
  • Managing relationships with third-party suppliers
  • Supporting the country management team on financial matters
  • Managing a small team

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or Management
  • Minimally 5-years´ professional track in a similar finance management / controlling senior position; experience from the FMCG area is  welcome
  • Leadership experience within finance management or controlling; proven small team management skills
  • Knowledge of Slovak finance and tax laws; proficiency in IFRS standards and financial reporting
  • Experience in international or corporate settings
  • Fluent knowledge of English language
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong people management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Energetic, results-driven, self-motivated and proactive
  • Organized, detail-oriented and precise
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Adaptable and resilient
  • Positive attitude

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

From 4 000 EUR / month + bonuses.

The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
