Our client is an international transportation and logistics company.

Main tasks / Hlavné úlohy

  • Ensuring efficient people management, including assessment, motivation and development of his/her team members
  • Setting up and implementing strategy for future development of the branch / division and its employees
  • Driving continuous improvement of processes
  • Evaluating department activities and economic results of customs products
  • Planning sales and costs based on analysis of the current situation
  • Maintaining and developing good business relationships with key customers
  • Communicating with business partners and relevant state authorities (customs offices, etc.)
  • Solving claims and conflict situations
  • Monitoring legislative changes in the customs area, current situation on the market, competition activities and delivering updates to the team
  • Participating on creation of financial and investment plans, budgeting
  • Reporting on sales results and business achievements on a monthly basis

Requirements / Požiadavky

  • Secondary or university education
  • Minimally 3 years of professional experience in the management of a branch / division / department
  • Experience with people management and development of company processes (green-field project, company restructuring or similar)
  • Previous experience with customs management / clearance and/or professional qualification in customs (according to § 87b par. 6 of Act no. 199/2004 Coll. The Customs Act and its amendments) is welcome
  • Active knowledge of English language
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office)
  • Driving license B
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Drive to make changes with the main aim to develop the organization
  • Goal-orientation and efficiency
  • Ability to manage and develop relationships within a team
  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • Foresight and ability to find suitable solutions

Information about salary / Informácia o mzde

From 3 500 EUR/month+ bonuses + car. The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
